IN-REALITY PROJECTS is a multidisciplinary Engineering, Fit-Out, Contracting, and Design company delivering high-quality turnkey solutions since 2005. Established in Egypt and strategically expanded into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2023, the company was built to respond to the growing demand for integrated, efficient, and premium construction solutions across the GCC region.

We provide integrated delivery capabilities that ensure seamless coordination across all project stages, from design collaboration and technical development to detailed execution and final handover. Our portfolio spans commercial, corporate, luxury residential, retail, hospitality, and public developments, built on a foundation of craftsmanship, performance, and reliability.

In 2024, our strategic Joint Venture with a leading construction and development company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia enhanced our engineering and industrial construction capabilities, allowing us to execute medium- and large-scale multidisciplinary projects across the region with strengthened efficiency, control, and compliance with local standards.
